By how much should I reduce a house's price b/c of termite damage?
I've got a large, tri-level home that has moderate termite damage in the master bedroom, master bathroom, and garage. There are no live termites now and the house can be occupied. Without the termite damage I would list the house at $140,000. How much should its termite woes affect the price? The home is in Omaha, Nebraska and I'm looking to sell it as quickly as possible.
