Can anyone advise me as to how to market my business?

My husband and I have decided to buy real estate investment properties....We want to buy distressed properties and either rent them or flip them....I work with a realtor, be he only has properties that are at market value....We would prefer under market valued properties.....However, we are having trouble finding real values....Any suggestions? Should I just advertise, WE BUY HOUSES? and where would be the best place to do so? Any suggestions? thanks!
