friends, i am running my own computer center in punjab, now i want to build a new building for it, i have a plot size of 30feet*40feet. i can spend near about 4or 5 lacs upon it, but just 2 lacks now and the total amount after it. can any one help me to design the map, i need one lab, two theory room, one rest room, and m office, i want to build a basement for my personal swimming pool,
